Ian Turnbull is the founder and Managing Partner of Laird & Greer Management Consultants. Ian`s extensive background includes:

He is co-author of Human Resources Management Systems: A Practical Approach (3rd ed), and is Editor of: Privacy in the Workplace (2nd ed) about data privacy and security for THE CANADIAN PRIVACY INSTITUTE. He has written training materials for the Canadian Payroll Association and has been an editor and contributor to the CHRP Study Guides and Workshops published by Canadian HR Press.

He has taught the practical application of HRMS at the Centre for Industrial Relations at the University of Toronto, is a frequent speaker at human resources, payroll and general management conferences in North America and abroad and regularly contributes articles on a wide variety of human resource management issues.
