Laird & Greer is a management consulting firm focused on the selection of application software and associated activities in the functional areas of Human Resources, Payroll, and Time and Attendance Management.
Our roots are in people management: human resources, payroll, human resource information management systems (HRIS/HRMS), and time and attendance.
We provide you with integrated end-to-end critical business processes that directly support your business needs. We are your "one stop shop" for all your human resources consulting needs, whether they are technical, functional, or focused on software selection.
Why work with us? We're a small company, and that's good. Each consultant is experienced and skilled; we don't staff your project with trainees, and we are able to keep our administration costs very low, and pass on those savings through better rates. To provide for special expertise we also form partnerships with other companies in order to provide the highest quality service. In those circumstances we continue to manage your project so that we can meet your business goals.
We have worked with organizations as small as a few hundred employees, to those with over 60,000 employees in Canada and the United States, in both the private and public sectors (See "Clients"). Many of our clients have a workforce outside of North America, and we understand that environment.
Best of all….."We make it happen!"
