Senior Partner Financial Services, Susan has experience in public accounting, Mining, Heavy Equipment, Research, Retail, Provincial Government (Alberta), Property Development (Edmonton and Ottawa), and Ontario Municipal Government - Gloucester (Ottawa), Oshawa, Richmond Hill, Bradford West-Gwillimbury, Prince Edward County, and Midland.

Susan has been a leader in Financial Management (including Purchasing, Development charges, Community development), and Corporate Services (Emergency Services-Fire, Police, EMS, disaster management, Information Systems & GIS, Clerks, Community/Recreation Centres, Long-term care homes, Court Services, and Library).

She is in demand as a speaker at conferences on a variety of financial and management topics including: Development charges, reserve fund management, systems strategy and design, the impacts of cyber-terrorism on system security & lessons learned.

Susan has worked in the community for various not-for-profits.

He has been a volunteer in professional and community organizations including: The Canadian Council of Human Resource Associations (Past Chair), the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (Past-Chair), the North American Association for Human Resource Management, the Society for Learning Living Skills (Past Chair), the Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness (Past Chair), the Community Legal Clinic of York Region, and the Conference for Social Justice (Joint Chair).
